I like ginger anyway, but I know that it's not everybody's cup of tea. Even so I really want to share this delicious drink with everybody. Before tasting Thorncroft's pink ginger cordial, throw out all of your preconceptions of what ginger is like. This drink is subtle, textured, delicate and delicious. Just writing about it makes me want a glass.
